21 mile run. Along country roads in Boise.

Did the first 11 miles at an average pace of 6:58. On the return trip I started gradually picking up the pace and finished with miles something like 6:40, 6:30, 6:20, 6:10, 6:08, 5:58, 5:59, 6:00. 2 mile cooldown at 7:30 pace. Average 6:45 over the entire run.

Took a gel halfway through the run, but was otherwise without any nutrition or water. This is not like my usual long runs where there are usually several gatorade stations set up along the lake on weekend mornings. This is one of the few things that I will miss when I move away from Chicago.
