10 easy miles. Feeling really sore all over from frisbee yesterday. Not unexpected. Also got rained on.

10 more easy miles. I got rained on again. At least it wasn't as bad as yesterday.

8+8

For the PM run I went to the treadmill for a tempo run. Wanted to be able to do 4 miles. Last week this didn't go too well and I had to stop after 2 miles. Today was the exact opposite. Felt great the whole time and ended up adding an extra mile. 5 miles in about 28:30. Increased the pace 0.1 MPH each mile going from 10.3 to 10.7 MPH. 5:50, 5:46, 5:43, 5:40, 5:36. At the end I felt like I probably could have managed a few more miles (except that I really needed to go the the bathroom).

AM: 4 easy miles

PM: 10 miles with 8x400. Did the first 3 on the track in 80, 79,78. Then the high school people showed up so I left and did the rest on the roads so I don't have any more times. The track doesn't belong to the high school, but these guys are not really good at sharing. Sprinters.

10 easy miles with Jonah in the stroller.

Wanted to hit 90 this week, but I suppose 85 is probably a bit more of an intelligent buildup.
