AM: nine miles and then 90 minutes of frisbee. I will call it 13 total. I really think that I underestimate this mileage. It's a good speed workout.
PM: 4 miles with Jonah in stroller.
This puts me at 102 miles for the week. Most ever. It sound great, but it was accomplished with a lot of doubles. I need to make my primary workouts more significant. |
