4 easy miles this morning before starting the carb part of the carbo load.

Since the race is only 70 hours away I can staqrt to look at the weather with at least a mild level of confidence. Currently the conditions look perfect. Low of 35, high of 48, mostly sunny, 8 mph winds. Unfortunatly the situation looks precarious - rain on friday and sunday with 28 and 16 MPH winds. I really do not want to run 31 miles on a cold, rainy, windy day.
