10 miles with a tempo run on the track. Wanted to do 4 miles, ended up doing 2. Quit because I was slowing down and starting to have hamstring discomfort. I don't want to cause more future problems just to foce myself to finish the workout. This was my first tempo run on the track this year and I went out a little too fast. 5:44, 5:50 on a windy day. |
