For the last four weeks I have tried to ease back into my normal training schedule. I have failed. I am an all of nothing person. I just can't go halfway. I tried for 50 last week and managed 40. This week I am just going to jump back into things and aim for 70-80 miles. Hopefully I don't get injured.
I have also lacked the incentive to write on my blog since there isn't much to write about.
