AM: I am in Louisville to take my boards tomorrow. I got in at 1 but couldn't check into the hotel until 3 so I found a park and ran 12 miles.

PM: got bored so I went out for a few more miles.

This was a serious PR month for miles. About 50 more than I have ever done. The body seems to be taking it quite well.

I got a "Month of May" PR of 269 miles. Matter of fact, I don't think I've run that many miles in one month since college 18 years ago. Going to have to check through my logs. BTW, I'm doing the Hawthorn Half Day Relay two weeks from now as a two-man team. Check it out at www.hawthornhalfdayrelay.com. I think you can still sign up as an individual if you contact the RD (for some reason I was thinking you've done Ultras before...)

I did a 50K, but 12 hours is a bit long for me right now.
