AM: 9 on treadmill with a 2 mile tempo run. Didn't go that well. Just didn't have the energy i needed. Was completely spent after two miles at 5:49, 5:46. Planned to do 4 but wisely cut it short.
PM: 4 miles in a praking garage. I need to get some hilly running in to prepare for the terrain in Utah, and this is the biggest hill around. |
