PM: 9 on treadmill with 4 at tempo pace. Since I have a chest cold and haven't done a good tempo in a while I started slow and sped up. 6:00, 5:56, 5:52, 5:49. Actually have to quit about 30 seconds early to prevent throwing up. Probably a combination of fatigue and the pre-run root beer. |
