AM: 4 easy miles.
PM: 8 miles at a average pace of 6:30. Considering the 20+ MPH winds this was a pretty good workout.
If you would like a good read I would recommend you take a look at Duncan's blog. He is currently writing about his 5 day 100 mile stage race in the Himalayas. It is by far the best bit ofwriting that I have ever seen on a blog. He is about 6-8 installments in so you will have to scroll down a bit to start from the beginning.
