13 miles. Unfortunately I consider this my long run. I might be putting in a lot of mileage, but I really need to up the distance of the long run. Actually I wanted to do 12, but I miscalculated and went to far before turning around.I did a couple miles with a guy training for mixed martial arts (fighting). Finished with a 5:48 mile. Averaged 6:34 for the run.

I think that she has quit blogging, but I would like to point out that Trashcan Annie won the Shamrock Shuffle today. Very impressive to have one of our bloggers win the world's biggest 8K.

I think you're doing fine, you do a lot of 10s and 12s, so you definitely have the miles, and to be able to average 6:34 a mile is awesome! I will smile again once I can get out there for my easy 5 shuffle haha. Way to go and keep up the hard work!

I agree about the idea that someone from FRB winning the biggest 8k = cool!
